Drug & Alcohol Testing
Q: What is he difference between DOT and Non-DOT drug testing?
A: DOT drug testing is federally regulated and required for employees in safety-sensitive positions, such as commercial drivers. Non-DOT testing is for employers or individuals outside of federal regulation who need drug screening for personal or professional reasons.
Q: Do I need an appointment for a drug or alcohol test?
A: While walk-ins may be accepted, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure timely service.
Q: What substances are tested in a standard drug screening?
A: Our standard panel typically includes marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, and PCP. Additional panels are available upon requests.
Fingerprinting
Q: What types of fingerprinting do you offer?
A: We offer both ink and digital fingerprinting for employment, background checks, licensing, and other purposes.
Q: What should I bring for a fingerprinting appointment?
A: A valid government-issued photo ID and any require forms or authorization codes.
Notary Services
Q: Do I need an appointment for notary services?
A: Appointments are preferred, but we also accept walk-ins when available.
Q: What documents can be notarize?
We notarize a variety of legal documents including affidavits, power of attorney, contracts, and more.
COVID-19 Testing
What types of COVID-19 tests do you offer?
A: We offer both rapid antigen and PCR COVID-19 testing.
Q: How soon will I get my results?
A: Rapid test results are typically available within 15-30 minutes. PCR results may take 24-72 hours, depending on lab processing.
DNA Paternity Testing
Q: Is DNA paternity testing legally admissible in court?
Yes, we offer court-admissible DNA testing as well as peace-of-mind testing options.
Q: How accurate is the DNA test?
A: DNA paternity tests are over 99.99% accurate in determining paternity.
CPR Training
Q: What CPR certifications do you offer?
We offer certification for individuals and professionals including BLS (Basic Life Support), Heartsaver and Pediatric CPR through accredited programs.
Q: How long is the CPR training course?
A: Most courses range from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the level of training.
Auxiliary Services
Q: What are your auxiliary services?
A: Auxiliary services may include printing, faxing, laminating, emailing, and scanning documents and other support services. Please contact us directly for a full list.
